Samsung HT Quiet Unit 2023 Promotion Terms and Conditions
READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT’S RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
1. The Promotor of this Promotion is Freedom Heat Pumps Limited (Company Number: 07283594) of 1st Floor Allday House, Warrington Road, Birchwood, United Kingdom, WA3 6GR (the “Promotor”).

2. This Promotion is open between 9th October 2023 and 30th November 2023 to the Promoter’s customers (each a “Participant”) that are one of the first 30 businesses that:
(a) purchase and have had delivered (by 30th November 2023 ) a Samsung EHS Mono HT Quiet heat pump (“HT Quiet”) from the Promoter directly;
(b) have not returned the HT Quiet that was purchased in accordance with clause 2(a)
(the “Promotion”)

3. To be eligible to obtain the benefits of the Promotion, the Participant must:
a. comply with these terms and conditions;
b. be one of the first 30 businesses to have purchased one of the qualifying models of the HT Quiet from the Promoter directly;
c. have had the HT Quiet delivered before 30th November 2023 ; and
d. have purchased the HT Quiet from the United Kingdom for delivery within the United Kingdom.
(together the “Eligibility Criteria”).
4. If the Participant meets the Eligibility Criteria then they will receive:
a. One Samsung Freestyle Portable LED projector (the “Prize”).

5. For the avoidance of doubt:
a. There are only 30 Prizes available.
b. Prizes shall be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis.
c. The Participant is required to check the stock availability of Prizes with the Promoter before placing orders in the expectation of such being a qualifying purchase for securing a Prize.
d. The Promoter shall not be required to provide the Participant with a Prize, even if the Participant meets the Eligibility Criteria, if the Promoter does not have sufficient stock of the Prize;
e. The Prize is inclusive of delivery costs to mainland UK only.

6. In the event that the Participant meets the eligibility criteria for the Prize, the Promoter will ensure that the Participant is entered onto the Promoter’s CRM and will be contacted by the Promoter to confirm the postal destination of the Prize.

7. By submitting to the Promotion, the Participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require the Participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Promotion.

8. Eligibility for the Promotion is limited to a single business. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. Likewise, multiple submissions made via a Participant’s associated companies in its group, its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with them will not be accepted.

9. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative or used against an alternative product. Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one Prize can be applied to any order.

10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this web page.

12. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion.

13. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Participant cannot take up the Prize.

14. Any personal data collected by the Promoter will be used solely to administer this Promotion in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy linked below.

15. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions, which it has reason to believe has been made in bad faith or if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion. The Promoter is entitled to do this on the basis of a suspicion and is not bound to inform the Participant or to provide proof.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost or delayed in the post.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative offer of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

18. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding, and will not enter into correspondence with the Participant (or their representatives) about it.

19. Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount. All Promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.

20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the participant as a result of their participation in the promotion.

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the Promotion at its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably. The Promoter shall not be obliged to provide notice of the withdrawal. The Promotion does not confer the right to acquire the Prize.

22. The Promoter reserves the rights to modify and amend these terms and conditions from time to time during the Promotion.

23. The Prize and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
