Samsung Warranty
Samsung Gen6 & HT Quiet
Samsung offers a 2-year standard warranty on all heat pumps.
To gain Samsung’s extended 7-year warranty, follow these steps:
- Register on Samsungs Partner Portal – Create an account
- Complete Samsung online FREE Training – How to access the training
- Fill out the Samsung warranty registration form and email it to warranty.ac@samsung.com

Your Hitachi Warranty is valid for 60 months (5 years) from the date of invoice there is no registration required.

Midea Warranty
M-Thermal Monobloc Air Source Heat Pump
Standard Midea Heat Pump warranty is two years.
Mi Pro Installer – If you have completed a Freedom Heat Pumps online training course, you will be eligible for the seven year Midea warranty T&Cs apply; the warranty is from the date of invoice, and the unit must be registered on the Mi Pro Portal.
Mi Pro Elite Installer – If you have completed a Freedom Heat Pumps in-person training course and registered 10 Midea Heat Pumps on the Mi Pro Portal, you will be eligible for the ten year Midea warranty T&C’s apply. The warranty is from date of invoice and the unit must be registered on the Mi Pro Portal.
