With over two decades of experience in customer insight and strategic leadership, including ten years at Certas Energy, Graham has a proven track record in turning customer data into business advantage. He’s built teams, driven strategy, and championed customer-centric change across sectors. Now, he’s bringing that expertise to Freedom and his focus is clear: put customers first, double down on heat pump expertise, and rebuild Freedom’s standing as the UK’s leading independent distributor.
