- The Promotor of this Promotion is Freedom Heat Pumps Limited (Company Number: 07283594) of 1st Floor Allday House, Warrington Road, Birchwood, United Kingdom, WA3 6GR (the “Promotor”).
- This offer relates to the award of Free Delivery, as set out in paragraph 2 of these terms and conditions, upon the placing of a qualifying order, subject to these terms and conditions (the “Promotion”) and is open between 20th November 2025 and 22nd December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”) to the Promoter’s customers (each a “Participant”) who are directly sent a promotion email from the Promoter (“Promotion Email”) and who otherwise meet the requirements of paragraph 2 of these terms and conditions (the “Eligibility Criteria”).
- Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible to obtain the benefits of the Promotion, the Participant must:
- be over the age of 18 years old;
- comply with these terms and conditions;
- have received a Promotion Email from the Promoter;
- place an order (via the phone +44 (0) 2380274833 or by emailing [email protected]) for Product(s) as detailed in Clause 3 below during the Promotional Period.
- If the Participant meets the Eligibility Criteria then they will receive the following:
- Free Delivery in the UK mainland when purchasing Products from the Promoter;
- For the avoidance of doubt:
- The Participant will not receive more than one discount code in the Promotion Email during the Promotion Period;
- Participants can only use the discount code on purchases of the Products during the Promotional Period;
- Participants may only use the discount for one separate order or Heat Pump and/or Cylinder during the Promotional Period
- The Promoter shall not be required to provide the Participant with a Product, even if the Participant meets the Eligibility Criteria, if the Promoter does not have sufficient stock of the relevant Product;
- Discount codes cannot be combined and only one discount code can be applied to any order.

- By submitting to the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any offer. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of eligibility. - The Incentive of Free Delivery (subject to these terms and conditions) is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative or used against an alternative product
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- The Promoter may cancel the Promotion by giving notice on this web page.
