With the demand for Heat Pumps rapidly increasing, the need for detailed advice for the installer and end user is now more important than ever and yet to date not forthcoming. Freedom Heat Pumps are the UK’s first specialist dedicated heat pump distributor.

Over the last couple of years the heat pump market has begun to blossom, in these heady early days the choices of system are almost infinite but the advice and training available to the installer and end user is varied in quality. Many suppliers are selling heat pumps as an extension to their already existing air conditioning systems on a fit and forget basis.

What We Do

Freedom Hp are wholesalers / distributors of heat pumps products and ancillaries, we are suppliers to trade only and do not carry out installations. The services we offer are tailored to suit everyone of all experience levels from the design, survey, commissioning and handover of the system to the end user and advising which system suits the project best, what options are available, any cost implications and what the installation requirements are to qualify for government grants, reduced VAT, Renewable heat initiatives, appropriate legislation etc.

Freedom HP now have 2 fully functioning show houses and training centres, one in Southampton and the second in Swindon allowing us to offer customer training and end user visits. Our Training courses are designed to cover every aspect of heat pumpery from the benefits of owning a heat pump, design of the systems, what is needed to conduct a successful survey, heat load calculations and radiator selections. We will also be covering, How to install, commission and set up the systems and most importantly hand over to the end user
Our Southampton show house is unrivalled in the UK, with 2 fully operating heat pump systems installed in a mock up house with unrivalled levels of comfort we encourage end users and installers to come and see a real system operating in a real domestic environment.  Here they can see and hear the unit operating, feel what a radiator running at 55C feels like, monitor how much it costs to run and relax in the comfortable surroundings just like at home.
